## Case of CSF Rhinorrhea from Guwahati
This is a case of **CSF rhinorrhea** from Guwahati, Assam.
The patient started experiencing **continuous dripping of clear, transparent fluid from one nostril in March 2026**. As the discharge persisted, she consulted an ENT surgeon, where **chemical analysis of the nasal fluid confirmed that it was cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)**, leading to the diagnosis of CSF rhinorrhea.
She was initially advised **complete bed rest**, which she followed, but the CSF leak continued and did not resolve.
She was subsequently advised to undergo further investigations, including **CT cisternography or MR cisternography**, to identify the site of the CSF leak.
