This is a case of long-standing flat warts, present since approximately 2017–2018, involving the face and other areas of the body.
The patient had been living with the condition for several years. Because of the visible lesions on his face, particularly around the beard area, he experienced a significant impact on his confidence and social interactions.
First Consultation – 19 August 2026
The patient visited our centre on 19 August 2026 for consultation regarding his long-standing warts.
During the consultation, the patient reported that the warts had been present since approximately 2017–2018. Over the years, the lesions had gradually appeared at different sites.
He reported that he had not undergone cauterisation or chemical treatment for the warts. He had previously tried Thuja and had also consulted another homoeopathic physician, from whom he had received medication.
The patient was counselled regarding the proposed treatment process, including the medicine transmission procedure using a hair sample.
At the initial visit, he did not immediately undergo the procedure. He returned the following day, after discussing and considering the treatment, and the medicine transmission process was initiated.
Patient’s Statement at the Initial Consultation
Doctor: How many years have you had these?
Patient: I think it has been around 17–18 years, perhaps.
Doctor: Since 2017–18?
Patient: Yes.
Doctor: So, it has been about seven years or so?
Patient: Yes. They started appearing gradually at different places and on the sides.
Doctor: Did you ever have them cauterised or have any chemical applied to them?
Patient: No, nothing like that. I had only tried Thuja. Recently, on the 15th, I also consulted Dr. R.K. Mishra, a homoeopathic doctor whom I know, and he gave me some medicines.
Doctor: Were there lesions here as well?
Patient: Yes, there were some here too.
Doctor: When you shave, send us a photograph of the area.
Patient: Yes.
The patient returned to the centre on 9 September 2026, approximately three weeks after the treatment process was initiated.
On examination, there was a remarkable improvement in the facial lesions, with most of the visible warts appearing to have regressed. The patient was also able to discuss the significant impact the condition had previously had on his confidence and daily life.
One of the most significant aspects of the case was not merely the visible improvement, but the patient’s description of the psychological and social impact of the condition.
He reported that:
The facial warts affected his confidence.
His occupation involved frequent interaction with people.
He had stopped keeping a clean-shaven appearance and maintained a beard partly to conceal the lesions.
He had initially been unfamiliar with the concept of treatment through a hair sample.
Despite his initial doubts, he decided to try the treatment.
Following the improvement, people around him began asking about the change in his face.
Conclusion
This case documents a patient with long-standing facial flat warts, reportedly present since 2017–2018, who underwent a medicine transmission procedure beginning in August 2026 and demonstrated remarkable apparent improvement by 9 September 2026.
The patient’s own testimony provides an important perspective on both the duration of the condition and the changes he experienced following treatment.
Before-and-after photographic/video documentation, together with the patient’s recorded statements from the two consultations, provides visual and testimonial documentation of the case.
The patient also mentioned that because of the appearance of the lesions, he had become reluctant to shave, as the affected area became more noticeable and cosmetically disturbing.#FlatWarts #FlatWartsTreatment #FacialWarts #ViralWarts #VerrucaPlana #Homeopathy #Homoeopathy #HomeopathyCaseStudy #WartTreatment #PatientTestimony
