Case History

A 5-year-old boy from Bijnor was brought for an online consultation by his father with a history of warts for approximately two and a half years.

According to the father, the lesions had initially appeared around the eyes and were described as dark/black warts. There were also two lesions on the abdomen. Over time, the lesions had gradually started appearing at other sites, including the cheeks and ears, suggesting progressive spread.

The father was concerned about the increasing number of lesions and their appearance, particularly because they were located prominently on the child’s face.

Previous Treatment

Before consulting us, the child had already received topical treatment. According to the father, medicines had been applied to the lesions, but instead of showing satisfactory improvement, the warts continued to spread.

During the consultation, the father was advised not to attempt cutting, burning, cauterisation, or other destructive procedures without appropriate medical advice, particularly because of the child’s young age and the possibility of scarring or further lesions.

The proposed medicine transmission through hair procedure was then explained to the father.

Treatment

After receiving the child’s hair sample, Lycopodium 0/1 was transmitted on 1 July 2026 according to the selected homoeopathic prescription.

No oral medicine was given to the child as part of this particular treatment procedure.

The treatment was conducted remotely, allowing the family to continue the process while remaining in Bijnor.

At the 17 September 2026 Zoom follow-up, approximately 11 weeks after the medicine transmission on 1 July 2026, the father reported complete disappearance of the warts.

The affected areas were shown during the video consultation, and the previously visible lesions were not apparent on the video examination.

The case is notable for:

* Long-standing warts of approximately 2½ years
* A 5-year-old child
* Multiple lesions involving cosmetically sensitive areas, including around the eyes and face
* Reported progression/spread despite previous topical treatment
* Remote treatment from Bijnor
* Medicine transmission using the patient’s hair sample
* Lycopodium 0/1 transmitted on 1 July 2026
* Complete apparent clinical clearance reported at the 17 September 2026 follow-up

Patient’s Father’s Experience

The father’s testimony also highlights the emotional aspect of treating a child with progressively spreading facial lesions. Initially, he was doubtful about how a treatment involving only a hair sample could work, particularly because there was no oral medicine or topical application.

As the lesions initially appeared to spread rapidly, his anxiety increased. However, following the subsequent improvement and eventual disappearance of the visible lesions, he expressed satisfaction with the outcome.

At the end of the consultation, Dr Ravi encouraged him to share his experience with others who may be interested in understanding the possibility of remote medicine transmission.

Conclusion

This case documents the clinical course of a 5-year-old child from Bijnor with approximately 2½ years of multiple warts, treated remotely through a medicine-transmission procedure using a hair sample.

Following transmission of Lycopodium 0/1 on 1 July 2026, the child’s father reported complete disappearance of the visible lesions at the 17 September 2026 follow-up, and the affected areas were demonstrated during the Zoom consultation.
