A case of CSF leak from New Delhi. This lady has been suffering from unilateral discharge from the nose since January 7, 2026. She visited an ENT surgeon, who diagnosed the condition as CSF leak. Additional confirmation was made by the chemical analysis of the fluid, which confirmed the diagnosis. With his medication, the CSF leak stopped, but again started after a week. She was suggested for CT cisternography and surgical intervention, but out of fear of surgery, she tried to find an alternative solution,
