Let me share a case of Chyluria from Mahoba Distt, U.P. He suffered with milky urine for last 3 years. To my strange surprise he admitted that he tool medication from around 100 different physicians without any benefit. He lost around 20- 25 KG of weight and at the last told about the surgery( endoscopic betadine sclerising therapy) which refused. At the same time urosurgeon admitted that surgery is also not a guartante for cure. Finally he came to our clinic of Lucknow with a ray of hope.
