A case of inguinal Hernia from Pratapgarh. This child came to our clinic, with a bulge (swelling at inguinal region ).
Mother of child observed the swelling and told about that to Dr Ravi.
Dr Ravi advised to undergo ultrosonography in doubt of inguinal hernia. Diagnosis of Dr Ravi was right and ultrasonography dated 25/12 /2012 revealed Inguinal hernia, it stated like There is seen omental fat slight superficially in right inguinal region which becomes prominent while standing It does not appears obstructed

IMPRESSION – Finding suggestive of early right inguinal hernia.

We have started treatment with Medicine transmission of Lycopodium 0/1 and child got cured. We have stopped treatment. We insisted to re scan, but parents were avoiding, after many reminders finally in 2025 they tool the child to same ultrasound centre of Lucknow.
Ultrasonography from the same centre dated 3/04/2015 revealed Examination of abdomen does not reveal any diagnostic abnormality.
