A patient from Patiala, Punjab, contacted Dr Ravi for her trouble with CSF leak from the brain. It was diagnosed correctly after NCCT PNS and fluid examination for Glucose.
Imaging revealed a small amount of fluid in the left upper nasal cavity and defects in the cribriform plate and left fovea ethmoidalis, with a defect up to 3 mm in the horizontal plate.
