A case of Naval Displacement cured with many months followup. In my opinion cause of Naval Displacement is IBS ( Irritable Bowel Syndrome) .
Although modern medical scince does not consider Naval Displacement as Disease per se, neither there is any available medical literature. I think omentum which hangs and support the intestines in abdominal cavity get displaced. This happens frequently in person with frequent abdominal disturbances.
One can check the displaced naval just by placing a string on umbilicus and measure the distance between umbilicus and nipple, if there is difference naval can be said to displaced.
