Cure of Scalp 5 years long Folliculitis and Seborrhoeic Dermatitis in a patient from Jamshedpur

A patient from Jamshedpur presented with complaints of Seborrheic dermatitis and scalp folliculitis. He suffered from these complaints for the last 4-5 years. There were pimples that were painful on the face and the back of the head. He tried antibiotics, but that didn’t help him much. Dermatologists were trying the best course of antibiotics, but the tendency was not stopping.

Further, he added that he is facing excessive dandruff and pus-filled eruptions. The face was also greasy. He was told about the treatment method, which we use- medicine transmission through hair. He further added, “ HAM DAWA KHAKAR PARESHAN HO GAYE HAIN” – he was fed up with eating medicine. He agreed to the online treatment procedure. He added he also underwent homoeopathic treatment, but the tendency is not getting checked. Further, he is going to opt out of treatment because he does not need to consume medicine orally.

We started his treatment upon receiving his hair on 14 Oct 2024 with MERC SOL 0/1 based on his symptoms and personality.

On 31 March 2025 , at the Zoom follow-up call, he updated being much better. The oil on the scalp got cured. There are some oils at the corner of the nose. There are only a few eruptions on the scalp. Urticaria also got cured.


Dr Ravi took a video follow-up with the patient over the Zoom call on 5th Dec 2024. He is much better about his scalp folliculitis and Seborrhoeic dermatitis. He admired the method of medicine transmission through hair. He told his friends about this method and provided relief to them as well. He reported that for 4-5 days, he has been getting urticaria. Now that is also getting better since the last follow-up.

On 10th March 2026, Dr Ravi took the Zoom follow-up of the case. the patient updated that his seborrhoeic dermatitis is now cured 100 % . There is no oily secretion from the scalp or face. When asked about scalp folliculitis, he said getting pimples once a month. He was advised to continue treatment.
