Cure of Alopecia Barbae for two years with classical Homeopathy
Here is the story of a friend of Dr Ravi who suffered from Alopecia Barbae – patchy hair loss from the beard.
He is playing badminton with Dr Ravi at Stadium, and Dr Ravi noticed some patchy hair loss in the beard area.
He told Dr Ravi that these patches are increasing in numbers and area, and he feels embarrassed about this skin issue.
Alopecia Barbae is a form of Alopecia Areata. Alopecia Areata is considered as an autoimmune condition, which often starts with isolated patches of hair loss, commonly in one or more coin-sized (usually round or oval) patches on the scalp and/or across the body, including the beard, eyebrows, eyelashes or body hair, including pubic hair.
In Alopecia Areata, cells from the immune system gather around the hair follicles. These cells attack the follicle, stopping it from producing more hair. The exact way in which this happens is not yet understood.
This patient visited a Dermatologist and suggested the steroid injection but at the same time said as this condition is autoimmune, so it can not be guarantee.
Dr Ravi called him at the clinic and assured him that he would be fine.
After a detailed case study, we have started the treatment by inserting hair in a selected medicated vial.
He made a gradual but harmless recovery.
