Case Presentation:
This is the case of a young male patient from Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, who had been suffering from unilateral clear nasal discharge for a prolonged period. The condition had severely affected his quality of life and left him in a state of emotional distress.
He underwent MR Cisternography, which showed:
“Linear CSF intensity collection seen below the right cribriform plate secondary to possible small bone defect (measuring ~0.9 to 1.0 mm).”
This confirmed the diagnosis of CSF Rhinorrhea and provided a clear anatomical correlation for the leak. The patient had tried conventional methods, including conservative treatment and observation, but with no lasting relief. By the time he reached our clinic, he had lost hope and was visibly depressed, as observed during his first consultation.
Homeopathic Management:
The patient was educated about our unique method of medicine transmission through hair, where an individualized homeopathic remedy is selected based on totality of symptoms and transmitted through a strand of the patient’s hair.
Date of Treatment Initiation:
On 5th June 2025, based on detailed analysis, Natrum Muriaticum 0/1 was selected and transmitted using the patient’s hair strand placed in a medicated vial.
Follow-up and Outcome:
During a follow-up Zoom consultation on 27th June 2025, the patient reported:
Significant reduction in nasal discharge
Clear sense of improvement
Renewed faith in the classical homeopathic system
Despite initial skepticism, he became a strong believer in this gentle but powerful method, stating that “Goli saamne wale ko nahi jaanti, lekin agar nishana sahi hai, to asar hoga hi” – meaning, “The medicine doesn’t need belief to work; if the prescription is right, results are inevitable.”
