The patient, Mr. Ibrar Ahmad from Ayodhya, visited our clinic in Lucknow on 9th April 2025 with a long-standing history of Chyluria, which he has suffering since 2010. He reported got similar symptoms in 2008 also, characterized by intermittent episodes of whitish, and thick milky urine, especially in the morning. These episodes worsened after consumption of oily foods, fatty meals, and eggs. Although the symptoms were recurrent, and they subsided temporarily until 2015, after which they continued to occur regularly.
The patient expressed feelings of disappointment and worry due to the lack of proper diagnosis and treatment during his stay in Saudi Arabia. He updated how he got troubled with this since 2010, he needed to left his job in gulf Country and come back in India. Despite trying Allopathic and Homeopathic treatments in India, he was unable to find permanent relief. Eventually, upon increasingly frustrated with his condition, he consulted a Nephrologist, who advised only surgical intervention as final option.
Since 2022, the patient also experiencing gastrointestinal symptoms, including Chronic Constipation, Flatulence, and persistent Discomfort in the lower left abdomen, sometimes accompanied by a dull, dragging pain. He has a past medical history of left renal calculi, which may be contributing to his abdominal pain. Additionally, he underwent surgical treatment for a Left-sided Hydrocele in 2015.
An Allergic component is also present. Since 2016, he has suffering from Allergic Rhinobronchitis, which began after occupational exposure to chemicals in a paint manufacturing company. His symptoms include Nasal Congestion, Sneezing with Hoarseness, and Coryza.

After 21 Days
We have follow up from patient over phone call on 30 April 2025, the patient reports drastic improvement in chronic gastric troubles. Chyluria is still present but much lesser than earlier. Additionally, the patient is now able to pass stool in the morning regularly.
After 1 Month and 10 Days

Dr. Ravi talked with patient over the zoom call on 19 may 2025, he reports a noticeable reduction in chyluria, with significantly decreased whitish discharge in the urine. However, he experienced an episode of urinary retention last night, where he was temporarily unable to pass urine. Currently, there is minimal of chyluria episodes, and gastrointestinal symptoms are reliefed with no any troubles.
After 3 Months and 13 Days
The patient reported that chyluria did’t reoccured once it was stopped at the start of treatment. While Allergic symptoms have much improved without any complaints. However a Gastrointestinal symptoms showed improvement, but it getting sometime reoccur only for 1-2 days and got relieved without any intervention.
Dr Ravi concerned this and decided to continue the same medicine for treatment.

Dr Ravi talked with patient over the zoom call on 16th Aug 2025. Although there were many phone follow-up updates with Assistant Drs but this time over the zoom video call Dr Ravi talked with patient.
Patient happily updated that his Chyluria trouble got better only within 7 days of start of medicine transmission through hair. He updated how he got troubled with this trouble since 2010 and he needed to left his job in gulf country. He was jobless when he opted out treatment as he was unable to do hard work. Now he is doing a job in Delhi metro corporation.
