Case Study: Online Treatment of Chronic Urticaria Using Medicine Transmission
Let me share a case treated online for Chronic Urticaria.
This patient from Katni, Madhya Pradesh, was referred to us by one of our grateful patients from Lucknow who had been successfully treated for Alopecia Areata. The patient had been suffering from urticarial eruptions for four months, affecting his entire body.
He was taking antiallergic medication (Levocetirizine), but it only provided temporary relief. His condition caused his entire body to turn red from scratching, leaving his skin raw. He endured many sleepless nights and felt completely helpless.
Our previous patient explained that the treatment would not involve any oral medication. Instead, it would use our unique method of medicine transmission through hair, in which the patient’s hair is placed in a medicated vial at our center in Lucknow. Although initially skeptical, the patient decided to proceed with the treatment out of desperation.
After a detailed case history, we selected Natrum Mur 0/1 and transmitted the medicine from our center.
Treatment Timeline and Progress
19th November 2024 (Follow-Up):
The patient reported slight improvement.
He still needed Levocetirizine every 2–3 days.
The duration of itching, which previously lasted for five hours, had reduced to just half an hour.
The itching continued to cause dermatographism (streaks and welts at scratching sites).
The patient was reassured about the treatment process and encouraged to stay consistent.
24th January 2025 (Zoom Follow-Up):
The patient expressed his admiration for the treatment, stating how wonderfully it had worked for him.
He no longer experienced sleepless nights.
For the past month, he had not taken any Levocetirizine.
His urticarial eruptions had resolved, and the severe itching that once dominated his life was gone.
The patient also shared how his relatives and friends remain astonished by his recovery, as they find it hard to believe that such improvement was achieved using a strand of hair and without any oral intake of medicine!
Conclusion
This case illustrates the effectiveness of medicine transmission through hair in treating chronic conditions like urticaria. Despite initial skepticism, the patient experienced complete relief without the need for conventional oral medication. His recovery not only improved his quality of life but also highlighted the potential of this unique treatment method.
