Molluscum contagiosum is a common and contagious viral skin infection. It causes raised, pearl-like nodules or papules on the skin. These bumps are called molluscum bodies, Mollusca, or condyloma subcutaneum. The condition is known as molluscipoxvirus. The papules are generally painless, and they do not itch. They can affect any area of skin, but especially the trunk of the body, arms, and legs. The papules appear as small, firm, flesh-coloured, dome-shaped, pearly, wart-like spots on the skin. They are typically 1 to 5 millimetres (mm) in diameter with a dimpled centre. ( this puckered scar is pathognomic to molluscum ) These Mollusca tend to develop on any part of the skin that is not usually covered, such as the arms, face, and hands. They can also occur on the chest and stomach. Sexually transmitted Mollusca generally appear on the genitalia, groin, lower abdomen, and inner thighs. They usually develop in small clusters and remain on the top layer of skin, but they can spread to other parts of the body. Some Mollusca has a small white dot with pus, and they release a thick, white fluid when they burst. The dimpled part may bleed. Most people will have up to 20 bumps, but some may have over 100. If there are many, or if they are more than 5 mm across, medical advice should be sought because this may mean there is a problem with the immune system. Here is a case of Molluscum Contagiosum since December 2019. This girl observed some unusual bumps at her face, and they were not like acne. She visited a Dermatologist; he diagnosed this case as Molluscum Contagiosum. The treatment offered was cauterisation, but he said cauterisation is just a management part. They will burn individual bumps with the electro needle. There will be a high chance of recurrence as in most cases. But he was kind enough to refer her to a homoeopath if she seeks the permanent solution of the bumps. At or clinic, when I informed her that I am going to treat her stubborn disorder by a piece of hair, his reaction was obvious – a shock/surprise never heard before the story. We have started her treatment by inserting her hair in the indicated medicine, and she became free from disease. Today on 19/008/2020 she referred a case of hypothyroidism and Dr Ravi has taken her follow-up online, her joy and great fulness are towards homoeopathy and medicine transmission through hair are worth mentioning. Her transmission continued with the same medicine MERC SOL 0/1 since 1 July 2020 After her last follow-up on 17th Dec We have stopped her treatment from our end by detaching his hair. This case got treated by the method of medicine transmission through hair. It is a new homoeopathic treatment model, where one of the patient’s hair gets placed and kept in a medicated vial. The patient will start getting the medication’s effect in their body irrespective of the distance. Dynamic energy medicine is reaching to the body of the patient without taking orally.
